Peri Peri Chicken
A classic Colonial fusion of Portuguese and African ingredients, our Peri Peri chicken is cooked with a blend of herbs, spices and chilli for a traditional sweet-smoky sauce. It’s served with a fresh and fragrant coconut pilaf made with basmati rice, coconut and a touch of cardamom and ginger.
Based on the classic Russian recipe, our beef stroganoff is made with quality pieces of tender top round beef sautéed with mushrooms and onions in sour cream and smoky paprika. True to tradition, we add gherkins for a tangy contrast and serve with smooth mashed potatoes.
Chili Con Carne
This is our chefs’ version of the hearty Tex-Mex dish that’s now a favourite in many kitchens. A spicy stew of ground beef, tomatoes and red kidney beans cooked with a robust blend of chilli, coriander and cumin. It’s served with a simple side of plain jasmine rice.
